The Garden Residence was designed for our clients with the intention to provide them with a space for their growing family, a place where their grandkids could stay and play. As requested, they wanted a contemporary home design, with an open floor concept and maximizing natural light entering the space.

Built in the prestigious South Richvale, Richmond Hill, features such as the high ceiling heights, allowing to see the backyard from almost every room, and the stairs, positioned in the middle of the home, allowed us to create a center core and build the common spaces around it.

The design was mainly focused on creating a house and setting that mimicked a resort or had a spa-like feel that would embrace the idea of open-concept living and the connection between the interior and exterior living areas.
