Dunraven Laneway is a project near and dear to us here at Epic. It is located at rear of our office and is currently under construction.

As a result, Epic is able to have total control over building integrity, finishes, overall construction quality, airtightness, building envelope quality, and maintaining the design vision within the constraints of a timeline and budget throughout the entire construction process.

The Dunraven Laneway Suite demonstrates the potential that laneway suites have to provide long-term urban living solution by using the second floor as a rental unit, while allowing the homeowner to have full access to the first floor for storage and parking.
